UM PÔR DO SOL E UM CESTO DE AMORAS


As amoreiras estão em pleno. Há algumas semanas que dispõem gratuitamente, os seus belos frutos, repletos de antioxidantes e sabor. É a altura ideal para a colheita, e mesmo que não se consumam todos, podem facilmente ser congelados e mais tarde usados em batidos, ou sobremesas.

DOCE DE AMORA E IOGURTE

INGREDIENTES:
3 Iogurtes Naturais
5 Folhas de Gelatina
1 Lata de Leite Condensado
1 c.s. de Açúcar
300g de Amoras

PREPARAÇÃO:
Coloque as amoras num tacho com o açúcar, tape e deixe em lume mínimo 30 minutos para que libertem o sumo e formem um xarope. Reserve e deixe arrefecer.
Quando a mistura tiver arrefecido, passe-a e coe para retirar todas as grainhas.
Coloque a gelatina a dissolver durante 5 minutos em água e gelo. Escorra e dissolve em 1/2 chávena de água bem quente. Mexa até dissolver.
Na liquidificadora coloque os iogurtes, a polpa de amora, o leite condensado e a gelatina dissolvida. Misture durante 2 minutos.
Coloque em taças e leve a refrigerar durante 3 horas.

SWEET BLACKBERRY AND YOGURT

INGREDIENTS:
3 Natural Yoghurt
5 leaves of gelatine
1 Can of Condensed Milk
1 tbsp Sugar
300g blackberries

PREPARATION:
Place the blackberries in a saucepan with the sugar, cover and leave on low heat for at least 30 minutes to release the juice and form a syrup. Set aside and let cool.
When the mixture has cooled down, pass it and strain to remove all pips.
Place the gelatin to dissolve for 5 minutes in ice water. Drain and dissolve in 1/2 cup of very hot water. Stir until dissolved.
In a blender place the yogurt, the blackberry pulp, the condensed milk and the dissolved gelatin. Mix for 2 minutes.
Place in bowls and chill them for 3 hours.
